Return Policy

Hay & Fin cannot accept any returns at this time due to sanitary concerns. If you are unhappy with your Bibbler for any reason, please send an email to hello@hayandfin.com with your order number as soon as possible. I will be glad to assist you to make sure your Bibbler is functioning correctly! 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact Hay & Fin immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Hay & Fin cannot offer exchanges at this time. Bibblers are one size fits all. Please ensure you are purchasing the desired print(s) at check out!

Refunds
Refunds will be addressed on a case by case basis. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@hayandfin.com.
